With an idea of bringing the Big Easy a.k.a. New Orleans to Los Angeles I relocated and made my dreams come true.  Living in New Orleans taught me to cook from my soul and I want to share that with whomever wants to partake. Cooking and designing is a deep passion, so sharing my gifts with the world is truly an amazing experience.
